Requirements
NEW STUDENT SELECTION:
• Entry Test (USM),
• Interest and Ability (PMDK).
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
General Requirements (USM and PMDK):
1. Fill out the registration form,
2. 2 (two) photographs (3 x 4 cm),
3. Pay the registration fee,
4. 1 (one) copy High School Graduation Certificate which has been legalized by the relevant Head of School; the original Certificate should be disclosed at the time of registration,
5. 1 (one) copy of the National Examination Grade / Grade of Ebtanas,
6. 1 (one) copy of Birth Certificate / Birth Letter.
Additional Special Requirements for PMDK:
1. Copy of accademic grade report (from grade 1 to 3), which legalized by the Principal,
2. Recommendation Letter from Principal / Teacher (who explained that the applicants have good academic potential).
